A: No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Q:How quickly do you ship?
A: We ship within 24-48 hours. Typical transit time is 5-7 days with USPS First class. However, we can not guarantee USPS timeframes.
Q:What do I do if my package is being returned due to an incomplete address?
A: Please email us, typically, we can reship immediately, after reshipment fees have been paid by the customer.
Q: What do I do if my tracking hasn't been updated?
A: According to USPS, we must wait 45 days for domestic orders before filing a claim for the lost package.
Q:Do you offer custom orders?
A: Yes, we do offer custom orders. Please complete a contact form on contact page to inquire. Custom order cost, shipping and delivery timeframes will be discussed on per custom basis. No standard rates are set for these inquiries.
