Refund policy
All sales are final and we are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed and/or shipped.
Regarding jewelry, if your jewelry arrives broken, we will replace them (depending on the style of jewelry) or refund you the price of the damaged jewelry. We do our best to provide quality jewelry, however, because polymer clay jewelry is made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange jewelry for minor imperfections, but know we wouldn’t send something that wasn’t quality checked prior to shipping.
We are unable to cancel any orders once they are processed. If the package is returned to the sender, or needs to be re-shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
Please note, first class shipping is uninsured, therefore, if your package becomes lost we are not responsible for refunding and/or canceling the order. You will need to reach out to your local postal service to locate your package.
