Hi, I'm Britni, the maker behind Off Providence.
This journey began in the midst of unexpected loss. In 2021, after my mother, Sherry Lynn, passed away from cancer.
My mother was incredibly creative and crafty, and in many ways, I am just like her.
In honor of her memory, I officially launched Off Providence on her birthday, October 21, 2024.
The name Off Providence holds a deeply personal meaning for me. It reflects God's faithful provision throughout my life and how He has graciously used my talents to cultivate purpose, beauty, and testimony.
Off Providence stands as a reminder that God's provision often comes in unexpected ways and that His faithfulness remains steadfast through every season.
Throughout this journey, I have witnessed God's provision in ways I never could have imagined. What began as a deeply personal act of remembrance has grown into a meaningful expression of faith, creativity, and gratitude. Every piece created through Off Providence is inspired by the Author and Finisher of our faith and serves as a reflection of His enduring goodness.
As my journey as a maker has evolved, so has my artistry. Today, I create using a variety of materials and techniques, including acrylic paints, silk screens, polymer clay, natural stones, glass beads, and shells collected along the beaches of Florida. Each piece is handcrafted with intention and inspired by the beauty, faith, and stories that shape our lives.
I believe jewelry can be more than an accessory. It can become a tangible reminder of God's presence, a reflection of our personal testimony, and an invitation to meaningful conversations about His faithfulness. My hope is that each piece you wear becomes a treasured part of your story and a beautiful reminder of the One who has faithfully written it.
